The search box in the navigation used to look at competitors and nothing else. Now it searches the platform.
Six things at once
Type a few letters and it fans out across competitors, members (by @username), battle events, sounds from the sound map, published news, and games — grouped under section headers with an icon per type, so you always know what you are looking at.
A row of chips at the top of the results narrows the lens: tap Members to see only members, tap it again to get everything back. Chips only appear for categories that actually have hits, so the row never offers you an empty filter.
Enter opens the full page
Press Enter and you land on a full results page: the count spelled out, a labelled section per category, and the same chips to narrow down. Your query and filter live in the address bar, so any search you run is a link you can send to someone else.
